In an effort to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences, the Shire of Ravensthorpe made the decision to change the campground booking system to RMS, a booking platform that specialises in catering to hospitality and accommodation providers.

The new system which went live today, is simpler and more aligned to other accommodation bookings platforms.  Anyone with an existing booking can be reassured that their booking information has been transitioned across. All new campsite bookings must be made through the RMS booking portal as access is no longer available through the old system.

Further improvements to the booking portal will be ongoing as we continue to build the information available on the site.
